We are open for business! However, we will be open by appointment only at each branch until further notice.

We are considered an essential business during the COVID-19 Stay At Home Ordinance & we’re here to serve our communities title insurance & real estate settlement needs.

We continue to take every precaution necessary to keep our team members & customers safe & healthy during this time.This includes fresh pens to use, an extended cleaning procedure after every closing, drive-up closings, and more.

To help flatten the curve & social distancing protocols, we will utilize phone, email, and e-signature whenever possible. We kindly ask that those who are not essential to the closing process stay home and not attend the closing - essentially, if you are NOT the one signing the paperwork, we ask you not to attend. We are working with industry partners to implement online notary; this will help reduce the need for face-to-face contact.
