COVID-19 Specific Information and Services

Real estate services have been deemed to be an essential service to the community. It is until further notice, Castle Realty of Winona will continue to serve our clients, our staff and our community in any way we are able. This is not only great news for our buyers, sellers, agents, and staff but also great news to keep the economy moving in the Winona area. We will continue to schedule showings, listings and we will continue to have our office open non-regular business hours. However, we are taking extra precautions to ensure the health and safety of all and have outlined some guidelines to maintain these precautions below. -Offering various forms of non-face to face communication such as virtual showings, electronic signatures and video chat meetings⁣ 
-Ensuring all clients, agents and staff members are practicing excellent hygiene ⁣ 
-Utilizing work from home practices as much as we are able and practicing social distancing when needed ⁣
