These are steps taken to avoid transmission of the virus to ourselves and staff:
-Asking staff to stay home if they are sick or someone in their family is sick.
-Disinfecting all surfaces throughout the day, in particular door handles and
front counters.
-Frequent hand washing
-Avoid touching our own faces
-Keeping a distance and discontinuing direct physical contacts such as
handshaking or hugging.
-Wearing masks at all times

We are doing 100% parking lot service to maintain social distance. Please stay in your car when you arrive and call when you get to the parking lot. A staff member (masked) will come out and collect history and your pet. The pet will be brought into the hospital where he or she will be examined. The Dr will then call with exam findings. After everything is done payment will be collected over the phone and your pet will be brought out for you. Any supplies or medications will be delivered in the same way.
