To start your EZ Pay account, fill out the form online and choose one of the EZ Pay options.

1. Customers signing up for the monthly EZ Pay credit card service are processed throughout the month, based on you subscription's expiration date.

2. Customers signing up for EZ Pay bank debit service can choose either the 5th or the 20th of each month to have their account debited.

3. Your bank or credit card statement still serves as your receipt.
