Mario A. White was in court Tuesday and is being held on a $100,000 cash bond for seven felony counts and six misdemeanor charges. The charges include reckless endangerment, fleeing an officer, operating while intoxicated and causing injury.
Court Commissioner Rebecca Persick told White it was sheer luck or grace — or both — that he didn't kill someone.
The officer and three people that were part of the Sheboygan's Brat Days parade route who were hit were not seriously injured.
