Actions are stronger than words

.
The people of the First District in Minnesota sent Tim Walz to fight for us in Congress two years ago, and he is doing that.

Walz has been an advocate for energy independence, and understands that we need to end our addiction to oil. I understand that people are frustrated with the price of gasoline. Believe me, I am too. I’m on a limited budget, as are most of us.
We need real leadership and an independent voice representing us in Congress. Walz recently co-sponsored the National Conservation, Environment and Energy Independence Act, which will allow petroleum to be released from the strategic petroleum reserve and expand drilling in the outer continental shelf.

Walz’s bill would also give tax breaks for hybrid vehicles and money to develop alternative fuels, encourage cutting-edge technologies, and restore our beautiful natural resources such as the Great Lakes and the Mississippi River.

Support energy independence. Support Tim Walz!
