Milwaukee Fire Department spokeswoman Tiffany Wynn said the man was about to butcher the cow when it fell and hit him in the shoulder and neck. The man suffered moderate injuries that weren't life-threatening, she said. He was taken to a local hospital. The accident happened at Cargill Inc. just before noon. Milwaukee police still are investigating and deciding whether the Occupational Safety and Health Administration should look into the case. A spokesman at Cargill's Minneapolis headquarters was not immediately available for comment.
