Published - Monday, August 04, 2008 Police reports for Saturday, August 2, 2008 Winona Wednesday 6:45 p.m. — Police cited Andrew Thomas Koenig, 18, of Stockton, Minn., for shoplifting after he tried stealing cold medicine worth $13.90 from Shopko. Thursday 6:17 p.m. — A 24-year-old Winona woman reported Dylan Thomas McKenzie, 27, was violating an order for protection by making several phone calls to the woman and leaving messages on her phone. He was referred to the county attorney’s office for charges of violating the order. 7:25 p.m. — A woman called police to her home in the 1500 block of Homer Road to report a man had urinated in her backyard while she and her family watched from the back porch. Leo Hilario Tello, 40, of Goodview, was cited for disorderly conduct. According to police, he said he thought he was “in the woods.” 9:33 p.m. — Police arrested Stacy Ann Borzyskowski, 34, of Winona on suspicion of domestic assault in the area of Wabasha and Ewing streets. She had gotten into an argument with a 33-year-old man and scratched his neck and arms. Her lawyer said in court Friday the man had prevented her from leaving the house. Borzyskowski was released from jail Friday after posting bond. Winona County The sheriff’s department had nothing significant to report.
