LA CROSSE, Wis. — Kenneth H. “Skip” Kubiak, 76, of La Crosse died on Saturday, Aug. 2, 2008, at the Bethany St. Joseph Care Center.

Funeral services will be announced by the Schumacher-Kish Funeral Home of La Crosse.
