Time to walk the walk

.
Gas costs, weight problems, could they be due to not walking?

In a family of four, there are four cars. As soon as young folks learn to drive they must have their own car (look at all the cars around the high school). Our young, school age children don’t walk to school, they are driven or bussed. Our demands for gas must be tripled!
Weight has become a real problem in America. Today people don’t even want to walk. When you go to a fast food restaurant, you’ll find just a few people seated in the building and a stream of cars waiting to be served at the drive-up.

Are we Americans spoiled people? For health and cost, we better get back to walking.
